This includes individual and panel interviews, thorough assessment of credentials, certifications, health assessment and clearance, criminal background check, and ongoing performance evaluations.
We keep our staff sharp and constantly develop their knowledge, skills and judgment to competently and effectively fulfill their duties and obligations.
Our staff are educated and well-informed of all standards and guidelines of their regulating provincial or federal colleges, best practices of their national associations and all federal and provincial laws and regulations, including Employment Insurance (EI) and Canada Pension Plan (CPP)
